As an official distributor of every brand we carry, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of our products. Each item undergoes strict quality control at the factory level. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact our team if any issues arise—we’re here to help with fast and professional support.


30-Day Return Policy (Unopened & Unused Items)

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Products that do not meet return criteria will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

  • Opened or used items, including prefilled cartridges and e-liquids, cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

To request a return, email sale@2gdisposable.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item code(s) for return

  • A brief reason for return

Our team will respond within 24 hours with return authorization and instructions.


72-Hour DOA (Dead on Arrival) Guarantee

We offer a 3-day DOA guarantee for the following issues:

  • Leaking disposable kits or e-juice

  • Cracked screens or broken glass

  • Devices that fail to function upon first use (e.g., won’t charge, leak)

To report a DOA issue, contact sale@2gdisposable.com within 72 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • Order number and item details


3-Month Limited Warranty

Select items such as batteries and mods are covered by a 3-month warranty from the original purchase date. Specific warranty details are available on individual product pages.

Warranty Exclusions Include:

  • Atomizers, RDAs, and tanks

  • Disposable vapes

  • E-liquids

  • Coils, pods, and spare parts

  • Hemp products

  • Rechargeable batteries

  • Damage from misuse, drops, water, improper charging, or modifications

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Used consumable parts


Exchanges & Defective Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sale@2gdisposable.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Product name/serial number (if available)

  • A clear explanation of the issue and any troubleshooting attempts

  • Photos or video evidence

Note: We require photo or video proof for review. If not provided, eligibility for exchange/refund is at our discretion. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is DOA.


Missing Items

If you received your package and an item is missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Name or SKU of the missing item

  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

If confirmed, we’ll either resend the item or issue a refund.


Refund Policy

To request a refund, contact sale@2gdisposable.com.

  • For unshipped orders: Refunds are processed within 24–48 business hours.

  • For shipped orders: Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Store credit refunds are applied to your 2g Disposable account within 24 hours.

  • Original payment refunds may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
